Shipping policy

At Imani's Creations, all orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control, but we’re happy to assist if issues arise. If your package arrives damaged or gets lost, please contact us at imaniwortham@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
